• All items sell AS-IS with no warranties express or implied by Blue Ridge Electric Cooperative nor Meares Property Advisors, Inc.
• We reserve the right to add or delete items prior to the auction.
• All items must be paid for on the day of auction by Cash, Approved Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or AmEx card. A 13% BP applies to all sales. A 3% discount will be given if paying by Cash or Check.
• Local sales tax applies to all items unless you have a sales tax number on file with Meares Property Advisors, Inc on the day of auction.
• Purchasers of vehicles will not be charged sales tax at the auction, this will be paid by the purchaser at the local DMV upon title transfer.
• Titles will be mailed to the buyers of vehicles 10 days after the auction if paying by check or credit card.
