Meares Property Advisors, Inc has contracted with Jasper County to conduct the 2024 Delinquent Tax Auction.  This auction will be held at the Jasper County Farmer's Market located at 9935 South Jacob Smart Boulevard, Ridgeland, SC on Monday, November 4, 2024, beginning at 10:00 a.m.

The Holcombe family has chosen to consign their collection of signs, advertising, and comic books for this auction. All funds will be given to the ALS Foundation for Awareness.

Delinquent Tax Sale begins at 10:00 AM at the Pickens County Performing Arts Center located at 314 West Main Street, Liberty, SC.

This is our eighth auction for this estate in Pickens, SC.  This auction will sell the contents of the sewing/fabric room and the workshop/gunsmith area of the property. 

Bidding has been extended due to damage and power outages from Hurricane Helene. We will schedule the pickup date as soon as we know the power and infrastructure are safe in the area of the home.
