- Pickup date is FIRM - April 9 (10:00-4:00) - any items left on April 9, 2024, will be deemed abandoned with no refunds given. If you cannot fulfill this obligation, please do not bid.
- This auction is PICKUP ONLY - there will be no shipping of any item in this auction for any reason.
- Buyers must bring their own manpower, loading equipment, tools, and anything else needed to remove items from this location.
- You are more than welcome to send shipping and packing companies on your behalf - they must pick up during the pickup window on April 9, 2024.
