- Items are located at 5874 Chesnee Highway, Chesnee, SC - Sweet-Haus Cabins is currently operating in the building and you can see their cabins from the road at the front of the building.
- Pickup will be Tuesday, November 1, 2022 from 10:00 - 4:00 pm and Wednesday, November 2, 2022 from 10:00 - 3:00 pm
- TWO DAYS OF PICKUP ONLY - If you cannot remove your items on these two days we ask you not to bid!
- Buyers are responsible for the removal of ALL of their purchases.
- An interior forklift and operator is available for loading small pallets from inside. Only one is available, so please be patient as items are removed from the warehouse.
- All items sell AS-IS with no warranties or guarantees express or implied and with all faults.
- Please read the descriptions and ask any questions PRIOR to placing a bid in this auction.
- There are NO refunds on ANY purchases.
- If you do not pick up your items (or any items in your lots won) we will auto-decline you from bidding in any future auction.
