Auction Notes: The Walker living estate features over 360 lots including a tractor with implements, a wide variety of tools, newer pallet racking, home decorations, and nice furniture! A sampling of photos has been added.
Auction Pickup: Buyer's please note these auction items are located in Blythewood, SC. The address will be provided in the buyer's invoice at the end of the auction.
Pallet Racking Pick up will be on Friday, March 27th ONLY, prior to the real estate auction. Buyers will not be allowed to dismantle or pick up any of the pallet racking on the regular pick up date.
Regular pick up date for this auction is Friday, March 20th from 11:00 am til 5:00 pm ONLY. There are a lot of heavy items, please bring any necessary tools and manpower. Staff is NOT allowed to assist in lifting any items. We will NOT bring any items back to the office. If you do not pick up in the allotted time, it will either be shipped with UPS or considered abandoned if not shippable. We will not be responsible for any items left behind.
SHIPPING:
Out of state buyers; some items in this auction cannot be shipped, aside from the large heavy items, there are liquids and flammable items that we will not ship. All shipping will be handled by the local UPS store. The UPS Store will contact you for payment of shipping & packaging.
All items are sold as-is, where is. No items have been tested. If you have ANY questions about any items, please make no assumptions, and call us prior to bidding.
