- The approved high bidder will pay a five thousand dollar ($5,000.00) nonrefundable deposit on auction day and pay the balance within thirty (30) days of contract signing.

The buyer will pay all other closing costs including, but not limited to, attorney fees, deed preparation, deed recording, mortgage points, survey (if required) and any other costs to close the transaction.
