Items include: The items in this auction are located at the Todd C. Kohlhepp property on Wofford Road in Woodruff, South Carolina. We have contracted with the Receiver in the case to sell certain assets located at the Wofford Road property to collect money for judgments filed against Todd Kohlhepp by the surviving victim and deceased victim's families and others. All items will sell to the highest bidder at timed online auction. SHort item list: Yamaha Grizzly ATV, single-axle trailer, solar panels and solar battery collection system, large chain link dog run, real estate items (sign stands, Supra iBox lockboxes, signage), hand tools, power tools, survival items, shelving, tool boxes, construction materials and much more.
NOTE: A truck, van or SUV is recommended for anyone picking up items. The pickup location is approximately 1/3 mile from the entrance gate on the property and you must drive on a grass road to the pickup area.
PICKUP: All items MUST be removed by Friday, August 31 at 4:00 pm with NO exceptions. We have strict pickup dates and times for this auction due to the impending foreclosure sale on the real estate.

PAID INVOICE: Due to the extraordinary circumstances surrounding the property, we will only allow the winning bidder onto the property with their PAID INVOICE in hand. If the buyer has purchased larger items and needs additional manpower, additional persons may be allowed on the property to accompany the buyer. THIS IS NOT A TOUR OF THE PROPERTY - your time spent on this property is limited to the amount of time it takes to locate and load your items ONLY.
