Onsite bidders:

• A thirteen percent (13%) buyer's premium will be charged on each item.  A three percent (3%) discount will be given for cash or approved check purchases.
• Checks must be approved by Meares Auctions personnel or must be accompanied with bank letter guaranteeing funds.
• No taxes will be charged on vehicles, tractors, boats or motorcycles - taxes will be paid at the DMV if the buyer chooses to register the items.
• All items sell AS-IS with no warranties or guarantees express or implied.
• Firearms will be sold to the registered bidder ONLY - if you are buying a firearm, it MUST be registered to you.  An ATF 4473 background check will be completed on every firearm sold at this auction.  No exceptions.
• Any announcements made the day of sale take precedence over prior printed or electronic media.
