Download your copy prior to the auction!Terms for the Black Friday Auction:
- All items sell AS-IS with no warranties or guarantees express or implied
- A 13% buyer's premium will be charged on all purchases onsite (3% discount with cash or approved checks).
- A 15% buyer's premium will be charged on all online purchases
- Sales tax applies to all personal property. No tax will be collected on vehicles.
- Titles on vehicles will be given to buyers paying with cash on auction day - check and credit card purchasers will receive the titles within 10 calendar days of auction date.
- Farm exemption forms will be onsite for those tractors and implements that quailify.
- We reserve the right to add or delete items prior to bringing the item to the block.
- Any announcements day of auction take precedence over previous printed or electronic matter.
Pickup of items:
- Pickup will be available until 5:00 pm on day of auction
- Pickup will be available from 9-12 on Saturday, November 25
- Pickup will be available from 9-12 or 1-4 on Monday, November 27
- Any items left on the premises after Monday, November 27, 2017 at 4:00 will be donated to a local charity unless shipping arrangements have been coordinated with Darron Meares prior to the date and time.
