Pickup of items: This auction is pickup only. If you need shipping you will need to coordinate it and have the moving company pickup during the stated pickup times only. Please bring your own loading manpower! Our staff is not a moving company. Please bring additional help, boxes, tools, step ladder, hand trucks, dollies, or any other items that will assist in easy removal of items.
Pickup Date: One day only - Tuesday, September 14 from 12:00 until 5:00 pm

PLEASE NOTE: If you do not pickup your items, they will be abandoned with NO REFUNDS and you will be auto-declined from all of our future auctions. We have had TOO MANY bidders not show up for pickups. This is an off-site Pick-up, meaning it will be at the estate not our office.

- We suggest professional movers and packers for the art, furniture and larger pieces - please schedule movers for the allotted pickup times.
- A 15% buyer's premium will be charged on all sales.
- Buyers are required to pickup their items on the assigned pickup dates with NO EXCEPTIONS unless the items are being shipped.
- SC, NC and GA Bidders - per NCDOR and GADOR, we have to charge sales tax on all purchases unless you have a NC or GA resale certificate listed on your Proxibid account.
