- DOORS WILL BE LOCKED AT 4:00 pm, so please arrive on time and be ready to load your items.
- Bring your own pickup assistance - we will have a small team at this auction and will not be able to assist with any loading.
- Bring your own hand trucks, dollies, packaging material, loading help, or anything else you need to move these items.
- Buyers must remove all items purchased during the pickup window.
Beginning with this auction, we will NOT donate items for bidders that do not pick up their items purchased.
- You will be charged the full amount for our time and effort and will be immediately auto-declined from ALL future auctions. This is a serious matter and we expend a lot of time and effort on bidders that do not pick up their items, so this will no longer be an option.
- If you wish to donate your purchases, they MUST be picked up by your chosen donation company DURING THE SCHEDULED PICKUP TIMES. Once the doors are locked at 4:00 pm we will not be back at this property.
