Auction Information: This property has been surveyed into four separate tracts. An established farm road connects the large back two parcels to Green Pond Road and the first two parcels. See the survey attached in the documents section to view the options for land purchase. We will offer the properties individually and then combined as a whole if bidders desire.
- Seller will pay any outstanding liens and property taxes prorated to the date of closing.
