Auctioneer's Note: This is our second auction of assets of Todd C. Kohlhepp. Our firm is working with the Court-appointed Receiver to sell these assets in order to gather money to pay judgments against Kohlhepp.
Auction run dates: The bidding opens Saturday, August 8th, and continues through Sunday, August 16th with lots beginning to close at 7:00 pm. The lots will close one per minute until the last lot is sold. We encourage bidders to place their maximum bid if they cannot be online as the items close to represent their bids.
Preview of items: There will be an auction preview on Wednesday, August 12 from 1-3 pm only. The preview will be at our auction gallery located at 315 Eastview Road, Pelzer, SC. Social distancing will be adhered to. This is the only preview available outside of the online preview on the auction site.

- 2011 BMW Z4 Roadster
- 2014 BMW X5 SUV
- 2007 Suzuki GXS-R600 Motorcycle
- Other personal property assets including TKA Real Estate signs, Supra lockboxes, welding clamps, display pieces and wall hangers for tools.

Preview of assets: There will be a preview of the assets Wednesday, August 12 from 1-3 pm at the Meares Auctions Gallery located at 315 Eastview, Road, Pelzer, SC. No other preview time will be available. No vehicle will be driven - this is only a visual preview of the items. Social distancing will be adhered to.
Titles: Buyers paying with wire transfers will be given Bills of Sale and titles at vehicle pickup. Once the hammer has fallen and you win the bid, the vehicle is your responsibility. No vehicle will be driven on SC roads without a South Carolina DMV Temporary Tag affixed to the vehicle. Vehicles can be removed with wreckers, rollbacks or other car carriers.
Terms and conditions: Read the terms and conditions of the auction PRIOR to bidding (click the terms and conditions tab on Proxibid)! If you win the item, you are expected to pay the full amount at the close of bidding. Wire transfers must be in our bank account by 5:00 pm EDT the day after the auction closes. NO EXCEPTIONS.
