Onsite Auction Terms:
- 13% buyer's premium in effect on all items (3% discount for cash and approved checks).
- We accept cash, approved checks and all major credit cards for onsite purchases.
- All ATF rules apply for firearm sales and transfers.
- No tax will be charged on vehicles or tractors - the buyer is responsible for paying those taxes. Farm exemption certificates are available for qualifying purchases.
- Vehicle titles will be given to winning bidders paying with cash on auction day only - all other titles will be mailed to winning bidders 10 days after the conclusion of the auction.
- No open titles on vehicles.
- All items sell AS-IS with no warranties or guarantees express or implied and with all faults. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect any and all items prior to bidding.
