- Pickup for items is Wednesday, December 1st from 11:00 am until 3:00 pm only. If you cannot make this pickup, please do not bid because there will NOT be another pickup time available.
- All items sell AS-IS with no warranties or guarantees express or implied and with all faults.
- There is a 15% buyer's premium on all sales. Sales tax will be charged unless the bidder provides a sales tax resale certificate or farm exemption form.
- Operational condition of items has not been verified and is not disputable by the buyer.
- There will NOT be a tractor available at the farm location - you must bring your own tractor or schedule a roll back to pickup these items. NO EXCEPTIONS.
