- All items sell AS-IS with no warranties or guarantees by the consignor nor Meares Auctions.
- A 13% buyers fee is added to all purchases as well as local sales tax unless you are a FFL dealer. A 3% discount will be given if paying by Cash or Check.
- All items must be paid for at the close of auction by major credit cards or wire transfer.
