When the bid is approved by the Seller:

If the high bidder buys both the home and the lot, the deposit will be seven thousand five hundred dollars ($7,500.00). The deposit is due on auction day, at contract signing.
- The bidder will close the property within thirty (30) days of contract signing. At closing, the buyer will receive a clear general warranty deed on the property.
