Auction Dates/Times: The bidding for this auction begins on Monday, August 7, 2020 and runs through Monday, August 17, 2020 with lots beginning to close at 7:00 pm. Bidders can place pre-bids or maximum bids at this time, but we highly suggest everyone to be online at 7:00 pm on the 17th to represent their bids. The lots will close two per minute.
Preview Date: Thursday, August 13 from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm at the home. Everyone is encouraged to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
Pickup of items: Wednesday, August 19 from 10-6 pm

BRING YOUR OWN LOADING HELP! There are many items in this auction that are heavy. We WILL NOT have any loading assistance at this property and we would suggest professional movers for the larger items. Bring your own loading help, tools, straps, boxes, tie-downs, rope, packaging material and anything else you think you may need to remove items from this home.
Bidders: Please make sure all of your contact information and credit card information is up to date Prior to participating in any of our auctions. All items are sold as-is, where-is. A $30 charge will be added to all declined credit cards.
Pick up: Dates and time TBD
Shipping: All out of state purchases will be shipped unless you notify us at the end of the auction that you will be picking up. An invoice will be sent from Shipping Saint for the cost of shipping, please pay promptly to get your items on their way. The cost of shipping is based on weight, dimensions, and zip code. We do not ship furniture or large items - these are pick up only or you will need to schedule a professional mover.
