Auction Terms and Conditions:
- Meares Property Advisors has put forth every effort in preparing the catalog for this auction to provide accurate descriptions of all items. I understand and agree all property is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied and with all faults.
- It is the bidder’s responsibility to determine the exact condition of each item. Printed statements or descriptions by staff are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion.
- Absolutely NO refunds will be offered or given and all sales are FINAL.
- All payments will be made on the day of auction by close of the auction. The acceptable methods of payment are cash, approved checks (with bank approval at the time of writing) and major credit cards.
- The auction company will charge a buyer’s premium on each item sold.
- The auction company reserves the right to add or delete items prior to bringing the item to the block on auction day. Any announcements made the day of auction will supersede any previous verbal, printed or electronic media.
- Neither the Seller(s) nor Meares Property Advisors assume any liability for the removal of any merchandise from the premises.
- All items must be removed from the auction premises (dates to be determined)
- Meares Property Advisors does not/will not provide equipment, manpower, support, opinions or any other functions as to the packing, shipment, movement or transport of items purchased. I also understand I am personally liable for ANY damage I cause in removing items from premises and will repay landlord for such damage.
- South Carolina DMV requires a temporary tag proving I have insurance on the vehicle(s) purchased at today’s auction. Neither Meares Property Advisors nor Greenville County is responsible or liable for any fines, tickets or other violations by me not obtaining these temporary tags before driving on South Carolina roads. Dealers need to apply SC dealer tags if driving vehicles from the auction site.
- NO OPEN TITLES ON VEHICLES
- I understand once the auctioneer says sold, the item is my responsibility and the auction company is not responsible for the items missing, stolen or misplaced from any item I have won at auction.
